This Policy is intended to inform users of the TOPO RESEARCH website about how their personal data is collected and processed, in accordance with Articles 12 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

3. Use of Tracking Pixels
TOPO RESEARCH may use tracking pixels, particularly in certain emails or communications sent to users.
A tracking pixel is a very small image, generally invisible to the user, which may collect information when a message or piece of content is opened or viewed. 5. Cookie Retention Periods
The retention period applicable to each cookie is specified in the table in Section II.4.
These periods vary depending on the relevant purpose. Some cookies expire at the end of a session or after a few minutes, while others may be retained for several months.
Cookies subject to consent must not be retained for longer than necessary for their purpose and their retention periods should, in all cases, be reviewed regularly.
Where the exact retention period depends on the configuration of a service provider, TOPO RESEARCH or its technical service provider must verify and specify the applicable period.
