3. Use of Tracking Pixels

TOPO RESEARCH may use tracking pixels, particularly in certain emails or communications sent to users.

You may also request a copy of the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in accordance with your right to data portability.

Where processing is based on TOPO RESEARCH’s legitimate interests, you may also object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where your objection is applicable, any communication associated with the relevant processing activity will cease.

In accordance with Article 21 GDPR, you have, in particular, the right to object where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookie Retention Periods

These periods vary depending on the relevant purpose. Some cookies expire at the end of a session or after a few minutes, while others may be retained for several months.

Cookies subject to consent must not be retained for longer than necessary for their purpose and their retention periods should, in all cases, be reviewed regularly.

Where the exact retention period depends on the configuration of a service provider, TOPO RESEARCH or its technical service provider must verify and specify the applicable period.
